Where is an expiration date?
There is a six-digit code (i.e.: 240102) on our package. This indicates the manufacuting date of the products. The first two digits represent the year of the emperor, the next three digits represent the day of the year, and the last digit represents the batch #. For example March 25, 2012 Batch #1 is 240851. We guarantee the shelf life of the product to be 1 year when maintained at 0 degrees or below.

Is your product Kosher?
No. Currently none of our products are certified as Kosher.
Can I buy your potsticker sauce that is in the Gourmet Potstickers?
We do not sell the sauce packets separately, but the Ajinomoto Gyoza Sauce is similar to the sauce in the Gourmet Postickers. Please refer to the following website for more information.

No. All of our products come with cooking instructions. For best results please follow the cooking instructions provided.

I stored the products in refrigerator. Is it okay to eat?
As indicated on the package, our product should be kept frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, we do not recommend consuming any products that have been thawed prior to preparation.
